When it comes to tenants we don’t put anyone in your property before they have been referenced, credit checked and you are happy. We carry out routine inspections not only to make sure the tenant is looking after your investment but to maintain it to the highest of standards. Which will only attract your next tenant and allow us to re let your property in a shorter period.
